Multi-Purpose Room

Whether you're planning a wedding, business retreat, or party, our large multi-purpose room is the perfect place to hold your upcoming special event. We are located just one block away from the beach in beautiful downtown Avila Beach. The multi-purpose room is approximately 52 feet long by 36 feet wide (dimensions does not include kitchen space). We provide 16 rectangular tables and chairs 100 chairs for your event, free of charge. Maximum capacity can range between 130 and 200 people depending on the setup of your event. Rental Rates

Monday-Thursday  $40 per hour
No minimum hours required
Friday-Sunday  $50 per hour
Minimum use of 4 hours or $200
