Whether you're planning a wedding, business retreat, or party, our large multi-purpose room is the perfect place to hold your upcoming special event. We are located just one block away from the beach in beautiful downtown Avila Beach. The multi-purpose room is approximately 48 feet long by 36 feet wide (dimensions do not include kitchen space). We provide 19 rectangular tables (8' x 2-1/2'), 6 rectangular tables (6' x 2-1/2') and 120 chairs for your event, included in the rental fee. Payments made with credit cards will be subject to a 3% non-cash fee.
If reservation is scheduled within 30 days, full payment and deposit must be paid at time of booking.
Any event not paid in full within 14 days prior to the event will be canceled and the full deposit will be forfeited.
The ABCA has the right to cancel any applicant's reservation without notice in case of an emergency.

The Avila Beach Community Center is supported by grants from the Avila Beach Community Foundation and other local organizations. Funding is also provided through rental of the facilities and donations to the Avila Beach Civic Association, a non-profit organization.
